Problem: And when new mail is clicked, outlook hangs with message "Starting Microsoft Office Word 2003 as your e-mail editor..."
Find Normal.dot and delete it
(Documents and settings - user - application data - microsoft - templates)
Then, in Outlook 2003 :
Tools - Options - Mail Format - unclick Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages

On my computer exist numerous different files. But most of them are outlook files. And one day something happened with theirs. As has turned out all of them had been crashed after virus attack. For luck I found an exit in this condition - recover ost files. It helped me and I advised it for my friends. I have received some gifts from my friends for this utility.
