As if there are arabic settings somewhere. Solution according to web is to close and restart Firefox (due to Java related bug) but it helped to restart PC altogether.
I've same problem.. Try to close your firefox... Dont close your firefox directly but via Task Manager. So, Open your Task Manager -> Choose Process then select Firefox daemon. Right Click and End Process...
