This one was solved by allowing Windows Update to update PC. User has not allowed it to update, it just appeared as Update when shutting down pc.

Samsung ML-2851 signals red light and do not print

Problem: Printer Samsung ML-2851 takes paper only from the upper tray

The cause for printer ignoring the main tray and using only upper tray was a paper that was the last one in the rack. That single paper was slightly thrusted and it should be removed away from the tray. Somehow it made printer think that the whole main tray was missing even though it was correctly put in it's place.

Problem: Picture do not show up

Settings for pictures are not blocked. Solution found on firefox web helped to solve this:
Clear your Firefox cache.
At the top of the Firefox windowOn the menu bar, click on the ToolsFirefoxEdit menu, and select Options...Preferences....
In the OptionsPreferences window, select the Advanced panel.
Under the Network tab, click Clear Now.

open mdi with it -

and save as
.tiff

Outlook freezes

Problem: Outlook freezes every time when it's opened

Solution was to find mail that started this and to delete it. Mail was on pst archive- this was copied to another machine, opened and mail removed. Once pst was copied back - it didn't freeze any more.
