Problem: Device manager do not display devices, plug and play not functional
Symptoms:
Start - run Services.msc - do not display plug and play, and there is message "Configuration manager: plug and play not available", there is no plug and play reference in registry.
Solution:
export plug and play registry from PC that works ok and import in registry - and restart
