Problem: Laptop Asus V6000 has no screen after XP logo boot process
This time, removing battery didn't help. System restore also. Safe mode works ok. Reinstalling software for graphic's card, reducing start-up items, scan for viruses and spyware..didn't help.
Also, chkdsk /r from safe mode didn't help - it just created more problems because it wasn't able to boot neither to safe mode afterwards. With system restore it was as before cheking disk.
Chkdsk /r from bootable CDs also didn't help. Although some web forums claim that windows repair won't help- it solved this time.
Windows repair - not by console option but when Instal, choose R for repair.
