Problem: How to allow users to enter data to specific cells in excel?
Select cells you wish to be modified.
Righ click - Format cells - Protection -
remove Locked cells tick - OK
And after that
Tools - Protection - Protect sheet - enter password twice - OK
Users will be able to enter data only in selected cells
