Log in to domain PC from workgroup

Problem: Restriction error when connecting to domain user

logon failure: user account restriction

On domain account:
Open Control Panel
Open Administrative Tools
Open Local Security Policy
Navigate to Local Policies > Security Options
Disable the option for "Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only"

It solved problem when you want to connect to a domain PC with a PC/Lap which is not part of domain. On workgroup pc/lap it will give you "not accessible" message and will not allow you to connect to domain PC. And you want for example some files or connect to printer from that domain PC.
