Run-time error '1004' Application-defined or object-defined error

Problem: In Excel 2003 and 2007 when button is clicked, there is this Visual basic error '1004'

Problem is not the code/macro as suggested on numerous web forums because this error didn't appear on other computers.
Problem was caused by local settings - instead of the language set in the computer (Croatian) - it was set to English (as shown on picture) and somehow Visual basic couldn't run normally. After setting the right language and restart, it worked ok, no error.

Control panel - Regional and Language options -
Advanced - Language for non-Unicode programs
Select a language (same as for the other options)
